Arko was founded in 1991 by president Jan Kotlarski. Since then we have turned into one of the biggest polish FMCG vendors with over 2% of polish market share. BART-EX COMPANY

BART-EX Company was established in 1995. It inherited 20-year experience in diary industry. Carefully observing the national market and being familiar with the West markets, we wondered if the Polish food industry would search for cheaper, alternative production materials in order to cope with growing, keen competition. We took a difficult and risky decision and finally we decided on innovation. Apart from the production of dry skim and whole milk, our main efforts go towards specialising in milk preparations. They successfully replace traditional powered milk that is produced according to PN (Polish Standards). Reacting to undergoing changes on the Polish market and trying to meet Polish food industry’s expectations, the BART-EX Company started to produce new and unknown powered milk products that are meant for further processing. Existing stereotypes were broken and Polish producers began to change their technological processes. They want to reduce the production costs by purchasing products from BART-EX Company.

DANMIS POLAND

DANMIS is the biggest firm in Poland for many years concerning with purchasing, processing and a goat’s milk products distribution. We buy up a milk from the specialized farms, which are constantly under veterinary control. A localization and ecological manner of goats breeding, make that our products are completely natural. A line of production cooperate with the famous dairies in the province in western Poland.

FROMAKO POLAND

We founded Fromako in 1991. In a dairy plant erected from scratch, we process milk and make dairy products. Currently, we employ over 100 people. Our leading products are yogurts, produced for example by the thermostat method that we use as the only plant in Poland. A large share in the production is also taken by kefirs, buttermilks, milk beverages and fruit jellies. The perfect quality of our products has been appreciated many times by rewarding them, among others, with the “Q” quality mark and a Good Polish Food Certificate (Polska Dobra Żywność). Concurrently with milk processing, we conduct research and development work. We also have our own farm and cows that give us the highest quality milk. Providing healthy products for the consumers has been our top priority since the beginning of the company’s activity. We have implemented and are still improving the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) food safety system. We have a physicochemical and microbiological laboratory performing the necessary tests of raw material and of each manufactured lot of yogurts. The products are made on a modern processing line, the shop floor is equipped with air conditioners and the milk used has satisfied the EU requirements for a long time.
